Professional Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience within the SharePoint Development.
• Minimum 3 to 6 Years with SharePoint Online or M365.
• Should have 2 to 3 Years of experience in Power Platform development i.e., development of PowerApps, Power Automate (MS Flows).
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Architecture M365 solutions.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise of at least one major M365 application (e.g., SharePoint online, Teams, Power Platform) with a proven track-record of designing complex, large M365 transformational programmes, including hybrid configuration and Identity and Access management.
• Excellent client facing experience
• Working with customers to understand their business and technical requirements to design M365 solutions to improve our customers employee experience.
• As a M365 Subject Matter Expert within the business and to the end customers, responsible for delivering enterprise sized M365 solutions.
• Designing complex M365 solutions, leading work-streams on transformational programs and ensuring conformance to agreed design standards, methods, and tools, including prototyping new tools and applications where appropriate.
• Shaping M365 technical proposals whilst making solution/service trade-offs where appropriate and providing support to our pre-sales and bid teams to ensure solution and cost alignment.
• Resolution ownership of technical challenges for M365 projects and the technical escalation point for the implementation teams.
• Mentoring and coaching more junior architects within the team through both performance management and community-led collaboration.
• Acting as a trusted advisor for our customers, translating centralised M365 roadmap insight into customer-specific impact avoidance and benefit realisation.
• Produce Technical Architecture/design documents for M365 Projects.
  
  

Technical Experience:

• Should have at least 2-3 years of experience with Architecture for M365 custom applications / migrations.
• Should have good experience implementing Governance, Security in M365 for SharePoint online and MS Teams
• Should have experience in migrations from other sources to M365 workloads.
• Should have experience in using Enterprise Search in M365.
• Should have experience of Taxonomy & Records Management in M365.
• Should have experience of working with the SharePoint Portals.
• Should have experience working with React JS and Typescript, jQuery, Rest API
