What you’ll be doing:
- Produce high quality code and experience with security implementations Identifying application security risks and implementing security patches procedures.
- Produce well designed efficient code in a timely manner to meet delivery timescales/milestones.
- Mentor other developers on software best practices technical guidance and help grow their software development skill sets.
- To proactively stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
- Should demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage priorities and communicate progress effectively.
- Implement and Improve application logging services
- Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate definitions of done, and translate that into an effective technical solution.
- Work with the QA Team to develop testing protocols to identify and correct challenges.
- Must have good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
What skills are we looking for?
- Design experience using Node, Express, REST.
- Experience in Developing APIs and RESTful services using Node JS.
- Deep understanding of client-side development, coding in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6, jQuery, JSON, AJAX
- Experience with handling web services/ RESTful, APIs, JSON, SQL.
- Experience with third party libraries and APIs (Google APIs etc.)
- Knowledge of frontend CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI and pre-processors like SASS and LESS.
- Experience with Azure API Gateway.
- Strong understanding of usage and implementation of JWT tokens & access control API Development.
- Experience with Git, DevOps will be added advantage.
- Experience on Node based application and services deployment approaches
