Key position functions include:
Maintain and analyze cost accounting transactions from manufacturing operations

Conducts analysis on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for manufacturing and budget variance for manufacturing and labor efficiency, material usage, and purchase prices.
Oversee the inventory control function and conduct inventory analysis and valuation.
Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on cost.
Support in maintaining compliance with internal controls
Assistance for audit preparations/requests
Assist management with additional ad hoc analysis or reporting as needed and other duties as assigned.
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following qualifications:
Post-secondary degree in finance, accounting, or economics
CPA designation considered an asset
3-5 years of proven experience in cost accounting in manufacturing companies
SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC experience will be considered an asset
Demonstrated understanding of the key financial statements
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical skills.

Key position functions include:
Responsible for the management and coordination of plant operations including assembly, test, paint, tagging and shipping,
Supervises, motivates and supports the staff daily, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication
Initiate plans and processes using lean methodologies to maximize efficiencies through the manufacturing department
Ensure Department is complying with Stream-Flo Group Guiding Principles in terms of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental regulations or policies
Oversee hiring, training and discipline of all employees related to the Manufacturing facility

Develop plans to cross train employees, within the manufacturing department to ensure coverage across all areas

Implement lean manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports Master Flo strategic initiatives
Support and work with budgets and forecasts for the manufacturing plant including evaluation and proposals for capital expenditures

Ensure all department supervisors’ training files are kept up to date
Oversee the operation of time and attendance
Ensure building maintenance and machine maintenance is performed as required within

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
Graduate of Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering Technology with certification (C.E.T.) or equivalent, and or.
