Couplings
Description
Couplings are used to connect and transfer a movement between two shafts - for example, the motor shaft and a ball screw. The coupling can be used to control the operation, but can also act as a safety feature if the operation should be stopped completely. Brake clutches are used to differentiate between input and output shafts in case of overload.
