The SLI (Safe Load Indicator ) system continuously monitors and displays the load on the hook and automatically compares it with the rated crane capacity at the operating condition of the crane. The system simultaneously displays the SWL (safe working load) of the crane, working radius, boom angle and other crane parameters to the crane operator. The system provides visual and audible warnings at set capacity levels to alert the operator of the load condition and also further activates the tripping function to inhibit the operator move further in dangerous situation.The System also monitors the two block situation using a (hoist) limit switch installed near to the boom tip.
