The Colloid Mill comprises of two heavy duty steel discs construction with minor clearance between them. Material is allowed to pass through this gap where this material gets resized or sheared as per requirement of customer. These machines are widely used for colloidal dispersion, suspension, emulsion and ointments. These mills are used for dry milling fibrous heat sensitive materials passes through rotor and stator assembly. It acts as a perfect homogenizer cum emulsifier.
