GTS FILTERS offers Ceramic Candle Filters. These are made out of special ceramic materials and used to filter Water/Air/Gas in order to removes turbidity, suspended particulate and impurities. These filters are majorly manufactured using fine silica powder, along with various types of binders and are fused in high temperature ovens.\r\r\nThe removal of these suspended particles takes place by physical process such as mechanical trapping and adsorption in the ceramic candles, which have micro pores. Ceramic filter allows water/air/gas to flow through these millions of pores and traps the impurities and unwanted suspended particles.\r\n\r\nCeramic water filters are a versatile method of Water/Air/Gas filtration that uses natural media to eliminate suspended particulate and impurities. These filters are easy to assemble. Maintenance includes frequent scrubbing with a brush and back washing to remove dirt particles. The ceramic candles are brittle in nature and need proper care during transport and its use.\r\n\r\nWe design complete filtration system using these ceramic candles based on flow parameters.
